Music lessons are offered in four main areas of voice, piano, guitar, and organ. Each lesson also includes instruction in ear-training and music theory. Cantor Dillon's teaching philosophy is one grounded in practicality and discipline and because of this, each student receives a personalized instruction plan and experience reflective of the student's talents, abilities, and growth areas.

Students are assessed quarterly to record improvements and new grown areas in order to adapt and modify their instruction plan appropriately. Students also have the opportunity to perform in semester recitals (Christmas and Spring) as well as a summer showcase for those who study in the summer months.
