PASTOR GRANT VANDERFORD
Pastor and Director, Table of Mercy
Grant is called as Pastor and Mission Developer in partnership with Bethesda and a newly-forming ministry with our neighbors experiencing homelessness. Before going to seminary, he served the church for 12 years in youth ministry.
He is a Concordia graduate, and is a community-loving Moorhead resident. He and his partner Petra have two daughters, Selah and Ingrid. Pastor Grant cherishes good conversations, strong coffee, and hearty laughter. He also finds great joy in cooking for family and friends, being outdoors, singing, and reading nerdy theology books.

ROXANNE WEST
Office Administrator
Roxanne has been a member of Bethesda for more than 40 years.
She was raised on a 2000-acre farm west of West Fargo. She had a great childhood with hard-working parents, whose commitment to core values brought them into town every Sunday for worship.
Roxanne was active with hosting international students during the summer and school-year, which gave her insight into many different cultures and lifestyles.

LAURIE MCCLURE
Coordinator of Children's Ministry
Laurie leads our children ages 3-13 in a weekly Sunday School lesson following worship. They read a story together, talk about how the lesson affects daily living, and often create a fun craft! No need to pre-register. Grab a donut and join them!
TYLER PYLE
Pianist
Tyler came to Bethesda as the Church Pianist after having lived in Moorhead for nearly a decade. A Fergus Falls native, he attended MSUM before pursuing graduate and doctoral work in public health (SNHU, Yale School of Public Health, Capella University).
Before Bethesda, Tyler has spent time with the Bemidji Symphony, FM Opera, and Fergus Falls Civic Orchestra. He finds fulfillment in uncovering piano works deserving of more attention, coffee from Youngblood, reading Russian and Norwegian literature, and spending time in the garden with his two dogs, Koda and Eduardo.

TAMMY COSTIN
Parish Nurse
Tammy brings to life the integration of faith and health through Parish Nursing. She has been volunteering in this role since 2011 after completing the curriculum through the Parish Nurse Center at Concordia College in Moorhead.
Nursing has always been an important part of her life, having work experience in emergency care, post-anesthesia recovery and most recently in scheduling/pre-procedural care at Essentia Health in Fargo.
She and her husband have been members of Bethesda since 1983. Their 3 daughters were baptized and confirmed at Bethesda.

SAM SADLOWSKY
Choir Director
Sam is studying Vocal Music Education and Spanish at Concordia College and is excited to be a music teacher after graduating. He grew up in St. Louis Park, MN before moving to Aitkin, MN, where he became more involved in music through school and church.
Sam loves golfing, spending time at the lake, watching movies, and DJing weddings. If you have any interest in singing with the choir, please reach out. We'd love for you to sing with us!
